Expansion Management Magazine which national company executives consult to find the best places to expand or relocate their facilities, gave Tallahassee a five-star designation* in its most recent survey. The magazine compared data from 331 MSA's (metropolitan statistical areas) and looked at a variety of issues. (*The top 50 MSA's earned the Five-star distinction)
